Challenge
Our client is a mobility brand. Part of their core business is car-leasing. A key partner for their operations are car dealerships.
Our client relies on their salespeople as they are the ones who communicate and sell their service. They want to encourage the salespeople more in their activities in order to achieve a better conversion.

Prototype

In this way, car dealers will be more motivated to sell the car leasing service as it is a collective team based task. Additionally, newcomers will be more motivated to undergo long-term training as the training gives them compensations immediately.
